ADCO Diesel Master Fuel Competition

Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

This competition is organised and operated by Motus Aftermarket Solutions a division of Motus Group Limited, Registration Number: 1983/009088/06 ("the Promoter").

2. Competition Period

The competition will run from 1 August 2026 to 30 November 2026 ("the Competition Period").

Monthly prize draws will take place during the Competition Period, with winners selected from all valid entries received during the relevant month.

3. How to Enter

To enter the competition, participants must:

1. Spend R5,000 or more in a single transaction at any participating ADCO workshop during the Competition Period.
2. Click on the link on the Facebook post OR Scan the official competition QR code displayed at the workshop counter.
3. Complete and submit the online entry form in full.
4. Retain their proof of purchase, as it may be required for verification purposes.

Only completed online entries submitted through the official competition form will be considered valid.

4. Entry Requirements

• Each qualifying transaction of R5,000 or more entitles the customer to one entry.
• Participants must provide accurate and complete information when completing the online form.
• Incomplete, illegible, fraudulent, late, or duplicate entries may be disqualified.
• Entries must be submitted during the Competition Period.

5. Prizes

A total of 20 Engen fuel vouchers, each valued at R5,000, are available to be won during the Competition Period.

The prizes will be awarded as follows:

• 5 x R5,000 Engen fuel vouchers will be awarded each month.
• A total prize value of R100,000 will be awarded across the competition.

The prizes:

• Are not transferable.
• May not be exchanged for cash.
• May not be substituted except at the Promoter’s discretion.

6. Winner Selection

• Winners will be selected through a random draw from all valid entries received during the applicable monthly competition period.
• Five (5) winners will be selected each month.
• Winners may be required to provide proof of purchase and identification before a prize is awarded.
• Should a selected winner be unreachable, unable to provide the required verification documents, or found to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7. Winner Notification and Announcement

• Winners will be contacted using the details provided on the online entry form.

• Participants are responsible for ensuring that their contact details are accurate and up to date.
• If a winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within a 24-hour period, or does not meet the competition requirements, ADCO reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
• Winners will be announced on ADCO's communication platforms, including social media channels and the website.
• Winner announcements will take place during the third week of the month following each monthly draw period.

8. Eligibility

The competition is open to:

• South African residents aged 18 years or older.

The following persons may not participate:

• Employees, directors, agents, contractors, suppliers, and representatives of ADCO.
• Immediate family members of any of the persons listed above.

9. General Conditions

• By entering the competition, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
• The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries.
• The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process or acts in a fraudulent, misleading, or disruptive manner.
• The Promoter's decision regarding all aspects of the competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
• The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, postpone, or cancel the competition at any time if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Motus Aftermarket Parts, ADCO, its employees, agents, and representatives shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or claim arising from participation in the competition or acceptance and use of any prize.

11. Protection of Personal Information

• Personal information collected through the online entry form will be used solely for administering the competition, verifying winners, and prize fulfilment.
• By entering, participants consent to the collection and processing of their personal information for these purposes.
• Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable South African data protection legislation, including the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

12. Acceptance of Terms

Participation in this competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
